William R. Hartman President whartman@yccf.orgBill, a native of York, is a graduate of Clarion University and a recipient of its 2004 Distinguished Alumni Award. He began a career in banking at Cumberland County National Bank and Union Bank and Trust of Eastern Pennsylvania. He served Hamilton Bank in York, Harrisburg, and Lancaster, and lived in York from 1981 through 1990 while serving as head of the York County region and later as head of bankwide commercial banking. Bill held positions of increasing responsibility for Bank One Corporation, where he served as CEO of several subsidiary corporations in Ohio and Kentucky, and became Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Republic Bancorp in Flint, MI, in 2002. He retired as CEO on January 31, 2009, and retired as board chairman on May 26.
Hartman serves on the board of Kettering University and is a Director of the Detroit Branch of the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank. In York, he served as board chair of the Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center and as a director of the York Symphony. He has also led successful fund raising campaigns for United Way affiliates and various arts and social service organizations.

Jane Conover Vice President of Community Investment jconover@yccf.orgJane joined the Community Foundation in March 2010. She oversees grantmaking programs and special initiatives within the community.
Jane most recently was Chief Community Officer at the YWCA of York, where she played a key role in growing that organization into a thriving, multi-million dollar nonprofit agency. Prior to working in York, Jane was Housing Director at the Citizens Planning and Housing Association in Baltimore, MD. She also was a caseworker, and a housing counselor for a variety of agencies in Baltimore and Erie, PA. Jane holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelors in Finance from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
Jane serves on a number of boards and as board vice president for the Pennsylvania Downtown Center. She was a 2007 York Federal Fellow through the Community Foundation, and she represented the YWCA of York at the 2007 World YWCA Conference in Nairobi, Kenya.

George Dvoryak Vice President of Finance and Operations gdvoryak@yccf.orgAs Vice President of Finance and Operations, George will be responsible for assuring the financial integrity of York County Community Foundation by administering the investment management of donors' assets and the management of the Community Foundation's portfolio of more than $60 million dollars in charitable assets.
