Also known as the "YorkCounts Action Plan," this report lists 30 ready solutions, or community improvement ideas, upon which various agencies and groups could choose to build. CEDS
CEDS stands for Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. YorkCounts' Economic Development Task Force, having formed a Compact with the York County Economic Development Corporation, commissioned this work toward establishing a blueprint for driving forward the York County economy. The strategy includes an assessment of existing conditions, the identification of key industry clusters and sectors, physical development opportunities and a detailed action plan. Final report released in October 2003.
Education Summit
YorkCounts formed a compact with Penn State York to convene the first all-county education summit. Report released shortly after the October 2006 event.
